Key functions include but are not limited to:
- Manage freight payment processes for assigned suppliers.
- Identify improvements based on understanding of business processes and supply chain dependencies.
- Lead cross-functional teams involving various improvement activities.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously, manage stakeholders, data analytics, external benchmarking and system enhancements.
- Student employee can do specific work in the area of their future degree in information technology, supply chain or Data Analytics.

**Qualifications**:
Minimum Requirements:
Must possess the minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position.
Relevant experience can be obtained through school work, classes and project work, internships and/or work experience.
- Strong analytical and data mining skills including proficiency with Excel, SQL, Access, Python or Power BI.
- Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office tools.
- Advanced English level.
- Must have permanent-unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics or a related field.
- Strong financial acumen.
- Supply chain experience in transportation or warehousing.
