The Supply Chain (SC) Sourcing Lead Analyst is a senior level position responsible for leading procurement activities such as the negotiation of terms of price, quantity and delivery, analyzing comparable suppliers and agreeing on contracts in coordination with the Corporate Services team. The overall objective of this role is to acquire goods and services requested by company personnel in support of the company's business.
**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee sourcing and supply base strategy, develop standards, policies, targets, and category strategies as well as coordinate the sourcing process for the various products and services within the procurement group
- Lead and/or participate in global category forums maintaining high level sourcing processes and team
- Develop and/or implement market analyses/benchmarking processes and leverage key insights to inform and support the category strategy development process
- Develop and/or implement a strategic supplier management program to ensure optimal supply chain performance
- Perform financial modeling and lead development and execution of negotiation strategies for high-value and complex multi-year deals
- Set strategic direction with suppliers, establish supplier qualification criteria, develop contract requirements and master agreements, model total cost of ownership, and negotiate and manage contracts
- Lead support for cross functional teams in developing and executing sourcing, supplier management strategies, and complex contract negotiations
- Develop strategies for sourcing, supplier management, negotiation, productivity, and customer and supplier relationships
- Coach and train new recruits as well as serve in informal/formal leadership roles within team
- Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.

- Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.
**Qualifications**:
- 6-10 years of relevant experience
- Advanced English & Portuguese level
- Certified Purchase Professional such as CPM or CIPS preferred
- Experience in sourcing or procurement in a large, multi-national organization
- Experience in leading strategic sourcing programs
- Experience in complex deal structuring, negotiations, and contracting
- Advanced computer skills with a focus on Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and eProcurement tools (e.g Oracle, Procure-to-Pay, eAuction, eRFx)
- Demonstrated strategic sourcing/procurement, stakeholder management, relationship management, and influencing skills
**Education**:
- Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
- Master's degree preferred
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Establish strong relationships with internal business stakeholders; build a strong understanding of strategic business direction, requirements and priorities across assigned suppliers and / or spend categories.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding for Citi's policies and procedures related to supplier selection, contracting and ongoing management, ensuring all requirements are met and documented throughout the end-to-end process.
- Develop, implement and manage robust market analysis / benchmarking processes; leverage key insights to inform and support business, category and project strategies.
- Perform financial analysis including demand scenario modeling, P&L impact analysis and benchmark comparisons.
- Develop, lead and/or manage a robust portfolio of sourcing initiatives across the end-to-end sourcing and contracting process.
- Lead the development and execution of negotiation strategies for high value and complex multi-year deals
- Lead contract negotiations, partnering with Legal and business function, to optimize overall value including financial outcomes, service levels and risk mitigation.
- Manage key supplier relationships with a focus on quality, service, delivery, risk and costs.
- Lead support for cross functional teams in developing and executing sourcing projects, supplier management strategies, and complex contract negotiations
- Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.
**Qualifications**:
- ** C**an**didates MUST have advanced proficiency in English & Portuguese.**:
- 6-10 years of previous Sourcing, Contracting and / or Business-related experience; Significant experience in the sourcing of customer loyalty & rewards products and services is a plus.
- Experience working in a large, global, highly matrixed organization
- Financial Services industry experience is a plus including generic knowledge of the Brazilian Financial Market.
- General knowledge about fees and taxes applicable locally at Brazil as well as the the laws and regulations (i.e. Cyber Security and Data privacy) applicable to the acquisition of Services
