JOB DESCRIPTION Job TitleSterilization EngineerJob DescriptionSterilization EngineerYou are responsible forAssuring the sterilization process is under controlWill work with the support of the microbiology laboratory and main client will be production departmentAcquire knowledge about the regulatory and quality environment of the industry and sterilizations processBe part of the problem-solving process if difficulties arise as part of the sterilization process, it includes investigations like OOSR, NCR and CAPAProvide reports for management, which include management review, Quality Signals dashboard, and project status and develop cost saving projects related to the sterilizationTo succeed in this role, you'll need a customer-first attitude and the followingBachelor's degree in engineer or sciencesIntermediate/Advanced EnglishEthylene Oxide Sterilization experience is necessary3+ years of experience working in regulatory environment in roles such as Quality, Manufacturing and project managementHave skills such as project management, teamwork, and communication How we work togetherWe believe that we are better together than apart.
For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
