**About the Role**:
10Pearls is looking to add a Product Designer to the team! This motivated, strategic, and creative individual will have significant responsibilities in our efforts to build best-in-class products and collaborate with our entire team to define the vision and design innovative solutions that address corporate and clients' complex business problems.
**Your deliverables**:
- User-centered and visually appealing product designs, from concept to final implementation
- Wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications for development
- Intuitive design systems and guidelines to ensure a consistent user experience across products
- Collaborative design solutions that align with business goals and user needs
- User journey maps and interaction flows that enhance the overall user experience
- Design presentations and documentation for internal and external stakeholders
- Responsive and adaptable designs that cater to various devices and screen sizes
**What you will bring**:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing their design process and outcomes
- Solid understanding of front-end development technologies and their impact on design feasibility; experience with Tailwind is a plus
- Familiarity with design systems and their implementation to maintain consistency across products
- Experience in leading design projects from concept to delivery, demonstrating leadership and decision-making abilities
- Front-end development experience with the following languages: HTML/CSS/JS
