Job Description We are seeking a talented and passionate UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic UI/UX team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces for complex systems.
You will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our internal tools, ensuring they are user-friendly, efficient, and visually appealing.
You will be working primarily with a team of developers in the Cloud Infrastructure group helping design the next generation of internal software tools that are in support of our Global Cloud Services organization.
What you get to do in this role: Design & Development: Create user-centric designs by understanding business requirements, user feedback, and usability findings.
Prototyping & Wireframing: Develop high-fidelity prototypes, wireframes, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and interactions.
Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of UI/UX elements into the final product.
User Research: Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user feedback to inform design decisions.
Design Systems: Develop and maintain design systems, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency across all platforms and products.
Iteration: Continuously improve and iterate on designs based on user feedback and performance metrics.
Innovation: Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies to bring innovative ideas to the team.
Qualifications To be successful in this role you have: 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably with a focus on internal tools, dashboards, or cloud-based applications.
A portfolio of work showcasing a variety of production projects and deliverables Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
Experience with user research methods and usability testing.
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
