The Sr. Technology Portfolio Analyst is key to enabling efficient and effective ways of working across our transformational portfolios, through the development of critical reporting capabilities. This role will assist with creating project management visualizations/dashboards to have a clear picture of the entire PMO for executive decision making/forecasting. Primary activities include: process management, portfolio management, data analysis, dashboard building and reporting.
Reporting directly into the Office of the Chief Information & Digital Office, the Sr. Technology Portfolio Analyst supports Sysco Technology leaders with strategic enterprise-wide initiatives and their interdependencies by closely working with IT Finance, Corp Strategy and other key stakeholders in supporting strategic decision-making. The team works in a fast-paced, collaborative environment directly interacting with the company's senior executives and decision-makers. The small and flat team structure allows the team to be nimble and efficient, while at the same time exposing them to various areas of the business. This Sr. Technology Portfolio Analyst will support the Technology Performance team by leveraging analytical tools to conduct financial analysis on enterprise-wide project statuses.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage the day-to-day administration and ownership of Global Technology Portfolio within Planview. Work with Portfolio Managers across Technology to ensure data is accurate and uploaded within deadlines.
- Analyze results, interpret data and summarize findings and implications using data visualization dashboards and various applicable reporting methods.
- Develop and manage Power BI dashboards for holistic view across all Technology Portfolio Projects for Executive reviews and presentations.
- Partner with Sub-Program owners to identify and resolve data inaccuracies across the aggregated Technology Program.
- Continuously learns and researches new techniques and methodologies to solve technology portfolio related issues.

**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent combination of education
- 5+ years related experience.
- Experience with project management tools and methodology.
- Seeking Portfolio Analysts who can create dashboards for Project Management related purposes (project status, project importance, project timelines, overlapping project timelines, risk exposure, process importance, gap resolution, etc)
- Familiar with Project Management Lifecycles (e.g. PMI, PRINCE2, etc.) and how they are leveraged with Solution Delivery Lifecycles to deliver technical solutions.
- Must have familiarity with data visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau or Excel
- Experience working with and extracting data out of Planview preferred.
- Experience communicating across Global teams and Leadership.
- Previous experience with Financial Analysis
- Understanding of Cost, Budget Mgmt and Risk Mgmt including Forecasting.
- Experience working with and collaborating with an Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO)
- Experience with developing and maintaining management information reports as well as executive summary reports.
- Ability to effectively collaborate and influence people and Teams to gather information and remediate issues.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint.
- Advanced English proficiency (B2+)
