Equifax is seeking a technical business analyst who is a master at bridging the desires of the customer and the capabilities of the technology, removing barriers to software/integration development. You will be responsible for grooming the product backlog and have insight into technical requirements of individual stories thus creating a more efficient user experience. _
- Whether you started from the product side and developed technical skills or started as a technical resource, you have a knack for the product side of the business. You possess the necessary technical product knowledge to drive strategic conversations about the product and enhance value to Equifax and its customers. _
**What you'll do**:
- Develop functional specifications that satisfy client requirements (large scale)
- Lead team members, stakeholder, and other stakeholders in reviewing and refining requirements. Capture and refine requirements across multi-disciplinary teams
- Actively address issues; setting priorities when appropriate
- Lead production deployment planning
- Guide and mentor junior business analysts
- Serve as lead for system validations, running demos, and managing stakeholder expectations on delivery
- Understand best practice methodologies for providing solutions
**What experience you need**:
- BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field
- 5-7 years of related experience
- Diverse technology / program management background
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects end to end, keeping stakeholders updated and engaged throughout
- Cloud Certification Strongly Preferred
**What could set you apart**:
- Experience in **managing product backlogs and requirements for Agile delivery teams**
- Experience with **delivering products using Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)**
- **Workday experience **as for example in: Core HCM, Advanced Compensation, Reporting, EIBs and calculated fields and Experience with WD Security
- Experience in web services technologies like user interface / interaction / connectors
- Experience with product and technology roadmap development through influence of key business and technology partners to identify business priorities
