Ecolab is seeking a **Sr.** **Talent Acquisition Specialist** **to join our HR team in Puerto Rico supporting Central America and Caribbean islands.
In this role you will partner with managers and teams to attract and retain high quality talent, contributing to the ongoing success of the company.

**What You Will Do**:
- Partner with your assigned managers to support a smooth interview and assessment process
- Promote the Ecolab brand to build and maintain a reputation as an Employer of Choice
- Partner with HR Business Partners and other Talent Acquisition team members to develop effective marketplace recruitment strategies
- Attend career fairs/recruiting events
- Develop internal and external networks to support passive sourcing efforts
- Participate in other HR Projects as needed
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business or equivalent
- 3 to 5 years of Talent Acquisition experience (agency or in-house recruitment)
- Excellent Spanish and English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build productive relationships
- Ability to multi-task, effectively prioritize tasks and responsibilities,
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Knowledgeable of LinkedIn recruiter
- Applicant Tracking System (ATS) experience, preferably Workday
- Ability to provide accurate and actionable feedback and coaching to hiring managers
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to operate effectively in a fast paced, dynamic corporate environment
