SGF Global is looking for a System Analyst, for IT enterprise in Heredia - Costa Rica.
**Overview**:
**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, Communications or related field, or equivalent job experience
- English C1
- Full time (8h)
- Experience with Cloud migration and modernization
- 2+ years of project or product leadership experience leading complex technical initiatives
- Strong organizational and change management skills
- Strong presentation skills and experience presenting to senior leadership
- Transformational mindset and design thinking ability to see how parts interact as the whole (big picture thinking) along with implementation experience
- Strong working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office 365 suite of products
- Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving customer experiences

**Duties & Tasks**:

- Develop broad understanding of the entreprise Application Modernization Program
- Develop understanding of the domains associated with assigned segments
- Develop broad understanding of IT shared services
- Assist segment partners with escalations as they arise.
- Support and participate in the sun-setting of previous cloud platform versions
