**Must Have**

At least 1-2 years of experience in architecting and delivering SaaS solutions.

Proficiency in backend (Python, NoSQL) and/or frontend technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Next.js/React).

Context Switching Enjoy building both mature long-term production-grade and short-term MVP-level software development.

Experience in a Lean Agile environment, underpinned by strong self-motivation and a commitment to teamwork driven by determination and enthusiasm.

Phenomenal teamwork skills, capable of collaborating with global teams.

**Good to have**

Experience with RESTful API design and querying.

Love automating mundane tasks and have familiarity with CI/CD tooling.

Knowledge in Cloud Provider services (GCP, AWS, or Azure) and Cloud Native technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, or Serverless).Familiarity with DevOps, IT, Security landscapes, and experience working with large-scale technical environments.

Written and verbal communication skills.

**Education **Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

**Note **Base Pay Range Costa Rica Base Pay CRC 16,000,000.00 - 20,000,000.00 per year
