**About the job Sr SFDC Developer Consultant**:**Responsibilities**:- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and understand business processes.- Design and implement Salesforce solutions, including custom configurations and 3rd party integrations.- Lead Omni Channel implementations from end to end.- Work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.- Provide estimates for project deliverables based on requirements.- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce developments and best practices.- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance as needed.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in a related field.- 6+ years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant.- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.- Experience with complex 3rd party integrations.- Omni Channel implementation experience.- Strong proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Suite.- Comfortable using task management software (ClickUp, Trello, Jira, etc).- Excellent communication skills and comfortable being client-facing.- Ability to work independently and in a team.- Self-motivated with a thirst for knowledge.- Willingness to learn new skills and take on new challenges.- Proficiency in English at B2 or C1 level.**Bonus/Highly Desired Skills**:- Experience with Experience Cloud.- Experience with Consumer Goods Cloud.- Experience with Marketing Cloud.
