Job Description What you get to do in this role: Be the Subject Matter Expert of Process and Procedures for Sales Operations.
Become a CPQ/CLM Expert Ability to walk through e2e in CPQ/CLM all eligible quote scenarios.
Clear understanding of roles & responsibilities of SOPs as well as Sales/RAMs.
Understand common troubleshooting tactics and document for Sales Ops as needed.
Assist in reviewing incidents and driving resolution to production issues.
Working with Ops and DT to identify trends in issues, translate those to future enhancements as necessary.
Active participation in CPQ/CLM release cycles including: User Acceptance Scenario preparation and review User Acceptance Testing SOPs process documentation Assist SOPs with any questions or help during User Acceptance Testing Assist Global Deal Teams with Flex (overflow) deals as requested Qualifications To be successful in this role you have: 3-5 years of proven experience of Sales Operations in a software sales organization.
Organized, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in PPT, Word, and Excel.
Experience with CRM, CPQ & CLM systems.
Strong listening, analytic and organizational skills.
Team Player with positive attitude ready to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to drive conflict resolution.
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication.
Ability to work in an aggressive, fast paced environment managing multiple priorities.
