Recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience, to attract and screen qualified and suitable candidates.
This person will partner with business leaders to anticipate and meet the evolving needs of our growing company.
The Sr.
Recruiter will play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent "top to bottom" to support the awesome culture we have created.
The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance between business needs and serving our team members.
We are looking for someone that is creative and enjoys working within an entrepreneurial environment that is mission-driven, results-driven and enjoys having fun!Responsibilities:Conduct full life cycle recruitment efforts for the USA and Costa Rica (including exempt and nonexempt team members, volume, technical and/or corporate profiles)Identify and leverage key sources or channels to attract prospective candidates and build a talent pipelineDevelop and update job descriptions and job specificationsMaintain our ATS system updated with accurate informationConsult with managers to discover requirements and specific job objectivesCommunicate appropriately, proactively and consistently with Hiring Managers, Business and HR Partners, external contacts and potential candidates to ensure a positive client and candidate experienceEstablish professional boundaries and maintain confidentialityRecommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in the efficiency of department and services performedNetwork within the community and establish a strong rapport with internal and external contactsAssists in developing new team member programsStay up to date with recruiting methods and practicesRequirements: 5+ years full life cycle recruitment experience (including exempt and nonexempt team members, volume, technical and/or corporate profiles)3+ years of experience in cross-cultural work environmentsEnglish language proficiency.Bachelor's degree or equivalent recruiting experience requiredAbility to conduct structured, competency and behavioral-based interviews for internal and external candidates.Proven track record of identifying, assessing, attracting and hiring successful talent for volume, technical and corporate profilesAbility to jump from one task to another quickly and seamlessly, while ensuring minor mistakes are not made in the processWorks well in a team environment - requires outstanding communication and organization skillsDeadline driven and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyThrive in a very intense, fast-paced and high-pressure work environmentAbility to manage and prioritize multiple requisitions independently and remain flexible in a changing environmentCultivate strong relationships with hiring managers, business leaders, and external partners to understand hiring needs and align recruitment efforts accordingly.Utilize various sourcing channels such as job boards, professional networks, and social media platforms to identify and engage passive candidates.Ability to source highly specialized positions requiring heavy sourcing.Exhibits the highest level of professional standards in both oral and written communication.Strong customer-service orientation, ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and desire to deliver end to end solutions.Passionate about what they doWhy Join Us:Generous paid time offCompetitive medical, dental & vision coverage401K with company matchCompany-paid life insuranceCompany-paid short-term and long-term disabilityLegal coverage and other supplemental optionsPet insuranceA value-based culture where growth opportunities are endless
