Responsible for the managing of projects to sustain the manufacturing of a product, technology, system, solutions, for those products already in the market.
Responsible for gaining agreements on and achieving project objectives, balancing schedule, cost, quality and requirements.
Manages the scope and requirements, internal and external stakeholders, as well as the business case.
Manages projects ensuring execution is in line with project guidelines and directives.
Determines project risk, defines corrective action and drives the projects to closure.
Determines, allocates, and directs all project resources in accordance with guidelines.
Keeps abreast of developments in project management tools and processes (both internal and external) Ensures sector-wide compliance to corporate policies/ rules/ procedures.
Supports/ supervise projects portfolio and projects prioritization aligned with corporate and specific site strategic objectives and requirements.
**You are responsible fo**r
- Controls the project budget and project progress, evaluate all project initiatives as to feasibility, cost/benefits and added value, takes corrective actions when necessary and generates adequate reporting.
- Follows up the sustaining portfolio of projects, communicates with project leads, coordinates efforts related to roadblocks within the portfolio.
- Directs core team activities to obtain project deliverables under his/her responsibility.
- Escalates any issue as required and creates communication channels with management to keep them updated and to require support.
**Requirements**:
- ** Advanced English**:
- Minimum of 5+ years of related experience.
- Medical device manufacturing experience preferred
- Project Management experience
- Agile methodologies for PM
- PDLM (Project Development Life cycle Methodology)
- Engineering Degree
