The team values an entrepreneurial spirit, a proactive intellectual curiosity, the flexibility to move between projects that fluctuate in priority, a thirst for learning and an ability to think outside the box.**What You'll Bring**:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent or 3 years of related experience- 3 years experience working with operational planning and project management- Highly organized, excellent project management abilities- An affinity towards critical thinking and problem-solving and a drive for process management and improvement- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with a diverse set of stakeholders**Preferred skills**:- Illustrated ability to performance both quantitative and qualitative analysis and to bridge a connection between the two.- Experience with the creation of presentations, particularly to executive audiences.- Familiarity with JIRA, a software and project management tool- Familiarity with SharePoint**Impact You'll Make**:- Prepare materials for executive and senior management staff meetings by scheduling and distributing requests to stakeholders, consolidating and distributing final materials, and storing historical documents in a logical, accessible manner- Create and publish new reports to summarize our performance to plan related to our growth strategy operating priorities as captured within the JIRA system; with time and experience, transition from solely reporting the status of operating priorities to identifying and explaining major risks or opportunities to the business- Support and publish the TransUnion Insurance associate newsletter: an internal publication designed to teach employees about our business and to improve associate engagement and foster a positive culture- Analyze, summarize, and distribute reports to highlight consumer survey insights that are meaningful to the US and International Insurance Business; create new tools to make consumer survey insights more usable for key stakeholders, such as Sales and other functional teams- Proactively explore, identify, and recommend ways in which these processes can be improved- Support the development of the TransUnion Insurance growth strategy and plan by understanding and coordinating the US and International milestones and calendar, as set by management- Manage the Insurance Strategy and Planning team's SharePoint site in order to ensure the team's materials are up to date, logically organized, and accessible to the teamThis is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.TransUnion Job TitleSr Analyst, Strategic Planning
