About the Team

Our People Consultant Team supports our Workmates across the Americas as part of the broader Talent Services organization. We are looking for an eager and motivated person to come join our team. The People Consultant team works directly with leaders and employees to provide performance coaching, guidance, and support. We regularly partner across various teams to develop policies/processes, use data to drive decision making, and are a trusted advisor to the business.

About the Role

This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced HR Practitioner with an outstanding opportunity to develop and grow their capabilities within an exciting and high growth company.

You will demonstrate a broad scope of knowledge and experience and contribute proactively to the development of policies and processes for Costa Rica, Mexico and other countries in the South America region. You will work with people leaders to optimize talent performance, effectively set clear expectations, and to support both the employee and leaders in the pursuit of desired business outcomes.

As the sole People & Purpose representative based in South America, you will have the opportunity to evolve policies/processes and advise the broader People Consultant team on best practices for the region. This role is both hands-on and strategic, requiring expertise in the areas of employee relations, coaching/development, compensation, conflict management, organizational/talent development and more.

Como único representante de People & Purpose en Sudamérica, tendrás la oportunidad de desarrollar políticas/procesos y asesorar al equipo más amplio de Consultores de personal sobre las mejores prácticas para la región. Se trata de un puesto práctico y estratégico que requiere experiência en las áreas de relaciones con los empleados, formación/desarrollo, retribución, gestión de conflictos, desarrollo organizativo/de talentos, etc.

About You

Basic Qualifications- Work closely with our compliance team to proactively identify and create policies and processes specific to South America countries. Develop a roadmap based on policy and process priorities and work with various stakeholders on implementation/execution.- Provide strategic advice and direction to leaders in the region, supporting key talent and business initiatives, ensuring maximum organizational effectiveness.- Analyze data, understand trends, and develop proactive solutions to further support business objectives- Work closely with Talent Services team members to implement specific HR processes and transactions to support employee and manager-generated requests.- Complete ad-hoc projects, reporting and tasks as the ne
