Finance - Global Payroll
Role/Responsibilities
The Payroll team are responsible for providing payroll service to all lines of business and it supports entities across locations all Americas Region.
Our success is dependent upon the service we provide and therefore we source associates with a wide range of experience and knowledge in this specialist field.

**The Role**
This position will be part of the Global Payroll Team, and will serve as key resource in processing payroll for processing payroll Costa Rica, Mexico, Argentina, Brazil and other countries as business need changes.
This position will be interacting with a third-party payroll vendor administrator and overseeing the recording, retaining, and transmitting of monthly and semi-monthly payroll information.
**Key Responsibilities**:
The duties of this role will include the following:
- Assist with corporate accounting activities, including month-end close and financial statement preparation
- Assist with reconciling monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll tax filings
- Validate monthly payroll calculations, including vacation, termination, 13th salary payments (LATAM)
- Review monthly payroll records for the compliance of LATAM
- Validate and upload LATAMs payroll payments
- Cross train team members in your specific area of expertise
- Assist employees with electronic payroll access and guidelines
- Serve as point of contact for payroll related questions, inquiries, and concerns
- Maintain payroll database for new hires, employee record changes and management approvals & authorization.
- Recording of all stock equity transactions and ensuring tax compliance and becoming familiar with the Company s policies guiding the granting of equity
- Running the payroll/HR interface and resolving errors and discrepancy
- Ensure compliance with company practices as well as federal, state and local tax, wage and benefit regulations.
- Working closely with internal and external auditors
- Provide reporting data to external departments as needed
- Work as a team player in the payroll, finance, and HR department
- Independent thinker with the ability to assess issues and formulate recommendations for remediation and improvements
- Work independently with third party administrators and Company employees
- Perform other duties as required, including assisting with the payroll metrics reporting
**Qualifications**:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- 3 - 5 years of experience in payroll in companies with 2000 5000 employees
- Experience with LATAM payroll administration preferred
- Strong knowledge on troubleshooting, researching, and auditing superior attention to detail
- Experience with ADP, CloudPay or other payroll software from outsourced payroll providers a must.
- Exceptional computer skills with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point
- Experience with time and attendance software, Kronos a plus
- Experience with 401(k), stock equity and nonqualified deferred compensation plans
- Demonstrated experience within a high-volume business
- Knowledge of SOX, state and federal payroll tax rules and LATAM local regulations
- Exceptional follow through and be customer service driven
- Ability to multi-task and work under very tight deadlines with a sense of urgency
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Strong organizational skills and be self-motivated
- Strong oral and written communication skills and able to interact with all levels of management
- Ability to prioritize workload effectively
