Sr Network Engineer

**Role: Sr Network Engineer**:

- +4 Years supporting enterprise networks
- Experience with SDWAN
- Experience with Routing and Switching
- Experience with Cisco ASA Firewalls
- Basic understanding of Networking concepts: OSI and TCP/IP Model, Vlan, QoS
- Network analysis and troubleshooting
- Basic understanding of networking including SIP, TCP\IP, DNS, DHCP etc.
in a telephony environment"
- ITIL aligned service delivery model, understanding of SLA's, Contract Penalties etc.
- Firewalls
- MPLS
- Transport Protocols
- Excellent analytical skills
- Experience leading and facilitating troubleshooting calls
- Experience working with third party vendors and carriers
- Works with Minimal Supervision
- Fluent English
