Sr Manager Project Management

Job Description

**Essential Job Functions**:

- Develop and execute project management strategies aligned with departmental and organizational goals.
- Lead cross-functional project teams and ensure efficient collaboration and communication.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues while maintaining project schedules.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of project management standards and methodologies.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to project managers and team members.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and allocate resources.
- Prepare and deliver executive-level project status reports.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives in project management processes.

**Basic Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Typically, 8+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3+ years in a similar role
- Proven experience in project and program management
- Proficiencies in project management methodologies, tools, and software
- A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology

**Other Qualifications**:

- Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
- Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 are a plus
