Sr Manager Project Management

Job Description**Essential Job Functions**:- Develop and execute project management strategies aligned with departmental and organizational goals.- Lead cross-functional project teams and ensure efficient collaboration and communication.- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues while maintaining project schedules.- Contribute to the development and maintenance of project management standards and methodologies.- Provide mentorship and guidance to project managers and team members.- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and allocate resources.- Prepare and deliver executive-level project status reports.- Champion continuous improvement initiatives in project management processes.**Basic Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience- Typically, 8+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3+ years in a similar role- Proven experience in project and program management- Proficiencies in project management methodologies, tools, and software- A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology**Other Qualifications**:- Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus- Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 are a plus
