Description Position Overview: Become part of an amazing Internal Control team at Snap!
We are seeking a Senior Manager of Internal Control with an initial focus on Snap's Loan Business.
This role will be part of Snap's Internal Control function.
To excel in this leadership role, you'lldemonstrate a robust understanding of Snap's loan business and products, while applying superior business process & controls as well as compliance knowledge.
Must possess excellent leadership and communication skills.
High-interest rate lending experience is mandatory.
Responsibilities: Assists the Internal Control Function with querying and analyzing loan transaction data to determine scale, scope and impact of process and control failures.
Identify and implement effective corrective actions for issues that could expose Snap and/or its customers to potential harm.
Developing automated monitoring and dashboards for lending processes to ensure transactions and data are complete, accurate, timely and compliant.
Supporting quality assurance and testing teams by providing relevant data samples.
Work cross-functionally with Snap's Analytics and Data teams on data driven solutions to improve process and control effectiveness and efficiency.
Requirements: Have a minimum experience of 3+ years in consumer lending data analytics, preferably in the bank of fintech space.
Have an effective vision of how analytics can be leveraged to create best-in-class transaction monitoring and issue resolution.
Have excellent communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills.
Able to effectively work with Legal, Compliance and other required functions to understand legal, regulatory, and other requirements for Snap's loan business.
Excellent relationship building skills.
Must be fluent in SQL.
Loan Pro and Payixexperience strongly preferred.
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree relating to analytics preferred.
