Bachelor's degree in Operations, Finance, Shared Services, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or other field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in project management working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams to deliver projects.
- Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to simultaneously manage multiple high-complexity projects.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English required.
- Proven ability to identify, analyze, and solve ambiguous problems, showing a track record of making business decisions using relevant data and insights.
- Ability to think both strategically and tactically; equally comfortable with long term planning and day-to-day progress tracking and execution.

Amazon is looking for a highly experienced Project Manager with a strong record of delivering complex global cross-functional projects.
This role will have global scope, leading project execution to deliver operational and technical solutions for Finance Operation in the Global Retail Accounts Payable (AP) procure-to-pay processes.
This high-visibility role will require leading teams spanning across Tech, Retail, Operations, Finance and Accounting to deliver high impact projects supporting Amazon's growth in Global Retail AP.
**You must be able to**:
- Work cross-functionally and across geographies with stakeholders at all levels to support large-scale programs and initiatives.
- Lead others to drive ongoing program improvement projects based on process performance data, key metrics and customer anecdotes.
