Main Job Duties/Responsibilities (List most important first)
- Coordinate & support roll out of Viant Academy curricula & learning strategy.
- Oversee progress & follow up on successful completion of all training programs initiatives & annual KPIs.
- Meet with functional managers & stakeholders to assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities.
- Help managers develop their team members through career pathing.
- Effectively communicate training, development programs, and learning content during rollout.
- Coordinate scheduling and logistics for in-person/instructor-led onsite trainings and programs.
- Evaluate learning and development programs to measure reaction, learning, behavior, and results and report on key metrics to the business.
- Keep existing training and development programs up to date; develop and execute refresh schedule for all functional programs annually.
- Proactively look for opportunities to improve the design and delivery of training and development programs within the content owners.
- Support with delivery of operational needs assessments.
- Support training, strategic sessions and/or assessment sessions and provide development feedback and metrics to the business.
- Support Onboarding and Wellbeing activities for all collaborators, managers, and functional employees in partnership with management.
- Support all climate survey roll out, supervise completion & report to management.
- Coordinate training materials; present training/instruction to both groups and individuals when needed.
- Track Viant Academy budget, vendor management, negotiate contracts, and report to management.
- Ensure the proper rollout of all academic partnerships with different institutions.

Knowledge / Education
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field
- Knowledge of LMS platforms, LinkedIn learning or any other Learning System
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point

Work Experience
- +7 years of learning & development, training, HR, or relevant experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of medical devices L&D structure, training and development, and human resources functions is preferred.
