We'll be looking to you to Work with the stakeholders including Product, Technology, Regional, Operations, Care, GTM to define E2E delivery milestones and drive value delivery for our customers, Own and drive end-to-end delivery of large-scale initiatives, Track progress, identify and resolve dependencies, mitigate risks, and communicate status to leadership.
Help manage systemic risks and dependencies; escalate and track systemic impediments, proactively remove obstacles to drive momentum and progress.
Identify communication gaps, handle issues, and provide support to teams balancing opposing priorities.
Facilitate the User Acceptance Testing process, developing rollout plans and procedures.
Coordinate major feature releases and ongoing delivery of value to customers where multiple teams, are involved in the development.
Need to be responsible for Product Launch approval and ensure each product release has mandatory approval from including Engineering, Product, Global Compliance, Legal, Privacy, Marketing, and business stakeholders.
Ensure appropriate systems development and project management processes are being utilized, provide expert advice and coaching to leads and teams to ensure best practice execution, communicate the role up of project issues and status in a concise, accurate, professional manner for senior leadership consumption, escalating blocking issues risking milestone delivery.
You will ideally have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field.
You will also have 2 to 4 years of progressive management experience, including project management, in a large operating environment.
You can anticipate organizational needs and have the initiative to develop primary solutions.
Ideally, experience in Jira, Jira Align, and Confluence experience would be a plus.
