**About this Role**
**Your Impact**
- Continually audit existing rules and processes to ensure data is flowing correctly between systems and processes are relevant/ optimized against today's marketing and sales business needs
- Succinctly summarize findings and highlight business impacts, making recommendations on next steps as appropriate
- Coordinate with stakeholders to design scalable enhancements and shape inputs/ requirements that address systemic issues; champion change management and enlist buy-in
- Monitor global lead routing and momentum to ensure records eligible for assignment are handed off to appropriate sales reps and are actively being followed up
- Compile insights on leads that routed/ did not route from proprietary/ Tier 1 events and launches
- Provide detailed analysis and recommendations on lead management KPIs to improve conversion rates and increase pipeline creation and acceleration
- Partner with GTM & Geo Analysts on data-sharing and insights to present a cohesive and compelling talk track to stakeholders
- Guide stakeholders on the development and design of self-serve dashboards to address reporting needs and answer key business questions
- Train and enable Marketing and Sales Teams on the lead-to-opportunity flow and own up-to-date documentation related to Lead Management
**Qualifications**:
**Your Experience**
- 4-6+ years experience in marketing operations at a B2B company; matrixed, enterprise experience preferred
- Salesforce experience is required.
Admin, dashboard experience is a plus
- An understanding of lead management best practices - Sirius Decisions/ Forrester Waterfall a plus
- Ability to take large amounts of data to formulate stories, and make recommendations for improvements
- Excellent organizational, project management, communication, and collaboration skills
- Ability to juggle multiple projects at once; prioritizing business-critical needs, and work independently, and problem solve comfortably under pressure
- Ability to influence without authority and develop productive and consultative working relationships across marketing, sales, IT, and data warehousing teams
- Voracious learner, eager to learn new best practices and technologies.
