Job Summary
Job's purpose and primary focus
Essential Responsibilitie Primary job duties this position is responsible for achieving are listed in order of importance.
- Service Now Platform, and Nuvolo EAMM with an understands data structures within ServiceNow, including CMDB.
- Has knowledge in ServiceNow reporting capabilities, data and analytics.
- Has experience with asset data analysis, as all inventory will be in this system.
- Can interpret complex data sets to make actionable recommendations.

**Essential Functions**:

- Develop data normalization strategies and implement new methods for data clean up
- Be available to resolve critical system incidents
- Plan in detail and adhere to KP change management policy to deploy new code and data updates

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in MIS or related field AND a minimum of five (5) years of experience in data and software development.
- In lieu of Bachelor's degree, equivalent experience of 3 years will be considered, in addition to the listed minimum years of experience (8 years total)

Basic Qualifications
- 2 years experience with asset data analysis.
- 2 years experience of interpreting complex data sets to make actionable recommendations.
- 3 plus years experience in a Business Analyst Data Application role.
- Experience in Agile development practices
- 2 years experience of data structures within ServiceNow, including CMDB.
- 2 years experience with asset data analysis.
- 2 years experience comparing data sets.

Preferred Qualifications
- 3 plus years experience in a Business Analyst Data Application role.
- Experience in Agile development practices
- 2 years experience of data structures within ServiceNow, including CMDB.
- 2 years experience of ServiceNow reporting capabilities.
- 2 years experience with asset data analysis.
