Job Description We are looking for a creative and engaged Internal Communications & Culture Partner.
In this role, you will contribute to our organization continued success by partnering with stakeholders to bring a strategic discipline to leading and elevating communications and employee engagement within a passion-filled and customer-centric organization.
You will be a member of the HR team, reporting to the Director of HR Business Partner.
This position will be supporting the Financial Services and Data Business.
What you'll be doing Develop and implement an internal communications strategy to continuously strengthen our mission, while supporting employee engagement in a hybrid work environment.
Lead Change Management initiatives from a communications perspective, partnering with the HR team to develop effective strategies to manage change.
Leverage our internal tools and systems (Dynamic Signal, MS Teams, Sharepoint, etc.)
to develop, implement, and maintain metrics to ascertain impact of strategy.
Partner with stakeholders and peers across Experian to ensure that the communications strategy aligns internal and external messaging, branding priorities and corporate communications initiatives.
Produce high-quality written and visual content (videos, newsletters, posters, PowerPoint presentations, intranet articles, Slack, etc.).
Serve as counsel to leadership team, advising on approach to emerging issues and/or untapped opportunities as well as with creative communications from conception through publication.
Have an invested interest for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, partnering with the appropriate teams and Employee Resource Groups to always evolve our internal communications and engagement practices in accordance to our diversity goals.
Stablish strong, collaborative relationships with the Culture Team, contributing with planning and execution of business unit-wide engagement campaigns and events.
Qualifications An undergraduate degree, preferably in marketing or communications.
5+ years' of translatable experience in a position supporting various levels of leadership and key organization partners.
Professional fluency in English and extensive experience in writing, editing, proofreading.
Strong visual arts, design and video edition background with portfolio.
Experience working with Canva for image and video creation.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
Additional proficiencies a plus: Internal Communication Platforms (e.g.
Dynamic Signal) Advanced familiarity with MS Teams (e.g.
