KEY RESPONSABILITIES
- Lead strategic and tactical sourcing activities with spend above $1MM across multiple categories and high degree of complexity.
- Manage contract lifecycle process (including uploading contracts, developing standard templates and monitoring / tracking expiry)
- Craft negotiation strategies and close deals with optimal terms for assigned spend categories
- Research potential vendors, develop and execute RFP for spend above $1MM.
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure clear requirements documentation is translated to RFP and contracts as appropriate.
- Perform cost and scenario analysis, and benchmarking to inform sourcing decisions.
- Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing delivering and record annual P&L savings.
- Support projects assigned for various sourcing activities.
- Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior sourcing generalists on category-specific requirements.
FUNCTIONAL & TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Excellent category-specific sourcing and category management skills in key portfolios of Indirect Spend (Professional Services (Legal/Marketing/HR), IT Products (Software & Hardware), Facilities Management).
- Expert understanding of multi-step strategic sourcing processes and strategies.
- Experience negotiating agreements/contracts with suppliers.
- Sourcing expert - strong experience with sourcing process, supplier management, contract negotiations and procure to pay operations.
- Experience with ERP systems, spend analytics, eSourcing, and contract management systems required.
Understanding of procurement processes, tools and best practices.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- 8+ years of procurement experience within Indirect categories (Professional Services (Legal/Marketing/HR), IT Products (Software & Hardware), Facilities Management).
- Proven working experience as purchasing manager, agent or officer
- Degree in supply chain management, operations or business administration (nice to have)
- High level of English language competency (verbal and written)
