Job Description •Develop integrations in Bridgestone's IDN platform using built-in and custom connectors to establish connections to other platforms and systems.
•Troubleshoot and resolve IGA issues as a member of the Cybersecurity IAM team •Collaborate with internal business stakeholders, vendor platform support, and application teams to understand and implement access requirements •Participate in projects and initiatives to deliver enhancements as a member of the Agile team •Maintain documentation for the IGA program •Participate in IGA audits and review access control reports to identify potential risks •Provide reports on the status of IGA within the organization Requirements •University degree in relevant discipline (Computer Science, Management Information Systems, other) or applicable work/military experience •2+ years of experience providing Identity and Access Management operational support •2+ years of experience working with Microsoft Active Directory •4+ years of experience developing within SailPoint IdentityNow IDN or IIQ platform with JSON experience Preferred Qualifications: •Bi-lingual in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus •Experience with IAM principles and concepts (Role Based Access Control RBAC, Multi-Factor Authentication MFA, Joiner/Mover/Leaver, and Single Sign On SSO) •Experience operating within Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies •Experience with ITSM ticketing system (ServiceNow preferred) •Familiarity with compliance standards and control frameworks (JSOX, NIST, ITIL, GDPR) •Relevant industry certifications (CIAM, Security+, other) •Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills •Solid business acumen; understands how IAM supports business objectives •Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and working through change •Works well on a team; supplemented by the ability to work with minimal supervision
