Some key responsibilities include:
- Support the deployment of the talent management process, ensuring all stages are completed.
- Lead the recruitment of managerial or high-impact technical positions.
- Provide constant coaching to people managers on labor relations and promote compliance with policies and procedures.
- Lead Engagement initiatives, creating and executing action plans that have an impact on the company.
- Create best practices in human resources processes, which can be replicated to the rest of the sites.
- Support internal and external audit processes.
- Lead high impact projects for process improvement in the area.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor´s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related areas.
- Demonstrated high performance of at least 4 years in generalist roles
- Preferred experience of at least 2 years in highly regulated at the manufacturing industry
- C1 level in English
- Demonstrated experience supervising personnel
- High competencies in creating collaborative environment, leadership, problem solving and exceptional communication abilities at all levels
