**Sr. HRBP DGF COSTA RICA** is instrumental in continuing the HR and Cultural Transformation across the different DGF departments while attracting, developing and engaging ONLY the BEST talent.
Must guarantee a sustainable and partnering relationship with the Senior Management Team all the collaborators and foster in all levels our HR Strategy.

**Key responsibilities**:

- It functions as a point of contact for human resources issues and the rest of the business, providing support to employees and leaders, achieving an optimal climate based on respect and results.
- Responsible for providing high quality standards in the Talent Attraction process for operational and managerial positions at the local and regional level.
- Ensure operational processes such as new hire files, purchase orders, office supplies, recruitment and others.
- Coordinate operational induction sessions and support Leaders in their process of joining the business.
- Review, propose and define a strategic recruitment process that includes a matrix by position level with type of evaluations, technical tests, interview guides and search / attraction tools.
- Coordinates training programs for blue and white collar employees at different locations.
- Conduct leadership training and ensure leaders follow implemented procedures
- Collaborate with the HR team in accordance with department priorities
- Ensure compliance with the standards within the framework of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and 45001 quality standards and 5s / compliance / environment / occupational health and safety and others that are defined by DHL and / or the client
- Participate in the Best Team Programs and others that the company implements (Performance Dialogs, Recognition Program, One-on-One Sessions, EOS Monitoring and other First Choice programs)
- Any other related activity and task related to the contracted position, as requested and assigned by the Employer.
**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resource or Psychology.
- 4 years of professional experience in HR roles
- Demonstrated success as an HR Business Partner supporting groups of 500+ employees and demonstrated success in supporting senior stakeholders.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in all HR functional processes including.
- Strong verbal/written communication skills and the demonstrated ability to communicate concisely with all position levels
- English fluent
