5+ years on experience in a strategic HR Generalist/ Business Partner role.
- Experience with business and technology teams and a track record of influencing without authority across all levels.
- Experience working in cross functional and matrix environments.
- Experience coaching senior leaders.
- Experience with large data reporting tools.
- Excellent ability to Earn Trust though active listening, relating, coaching, and influencing people.
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills to compose high quality documents, and be able to represent the team in group meetings and events.
- Giver mindset, focus on the bigger picture and think beyond yourself.
- Not afraid to roll up your sleeve and contribute to the success of the team regardless of who owns the work stream and whose job it is.
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.

We are looking for a seasoned HR professional to join the Emerging Markets PXT team as a Sr. HRBP.

Key job responsibilities
- Collaborate with business leaders and PXT partners to co-create and implement plans and solutions which enable the successful delivery on behalf of our customers.
- Be a strategic thought partner to business leaders to enable proactive organizational planning which anticipates the needs of the customers and Amazon.
- Anticipate strategic organizational needs by reviewing, analyzing, and identifying trends. Based on deep organizational understanding coupled with anecdotes, and data driven signals recommend innovative solution to improve organizational health.
- Cultivate an environment where people can do their best work, anchoring on employee centricity and empathy.
- Manage large scale cyclical talent process, while also diving into the details, employee centric as well as regional nuances.
- Operate with autonomy and discretion through challenging and ambiguous situations.
- Ruthlessly prioritize and identify tradeoffs to ensure your time is spent on the highest impact work.
- Contribute to ideation and be an active member in work across the immediate and extended team.
- Carve out time to invest in yourself, think about your growth, and work with us to support you.
- Work with multiple stakeholders globally to manage complex initiatives enabling the delivery of critical solutions which may include process creation, improvement or deprecation.
- Contribute to the development of large-scale programs and own end to end delivery.
- Work backwards from the region to create programs addressing employee and business needs which show measurable improvements in efficiency/ experience/compliance/financial or other metrics.
- Anticipate global alignment on key problems you are solving through a deep understudying of the problem, global anecdotes, and data.

A day in the life
This role is located in Costa Rica, to strategically partner with business leaders across Stores Corp organizations, to contribute to enable Costa Rica´s growth by leading programs in partnership with multiple stakeholders (30% - 40% of your time) to achieve our goal of becoming a best in class employer in the country.

About the team
In this role you will report to the CRI Stores Corp HR Site Leader, working in partnership with colleagues across CAN, and LatAm. To realize your full potential in this role you will also need to partner across the extended PXT team (ex, Regional HRBPs, PMs, and Centers of Excellence).

San Jose, CRI
- HR and Program Management experience in large scale global company.
- Proven ability to create a strategy, and execute it end to end.
- Proven ability of triaging organizational needs drawing on both professional experience, and strategic thinking skills to drive appropriate solutions with self-initiative (you are both a big thinker and a builder).
- Able to tactfully navigate through ambiguous situations, and competing priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to compose high quality documents, and be able to represent the team in group meetings and events.
