**About the position**:
As a critical member of the LatAm HR team, you will support the execution of the People Strategy and delivery and promote best practice and operational excellence of HR across the business.
You will be responsible for providing HR support and consultation to the business in support of key strategic HR initiatives, including supporting other HR Key players in the execution of the people strategy across the talent lifecycle.
You will be an advocate for the wider function and leverage HRBPs, COEs and HR Business Services teams to meet strategic HR needs of the business.
**Responsibilities**:

- Support the execution of the overall people strategy and key HR initiatives for different clients and countries assigned.
- Understand the business and leadership priorities, including the Accounts strategies, P&L, and key initiatives that drive the bottom line.
- Use internal networks and pull on previous HR experience, to advocate best practices and support development and execution of strategy, policy and practice, and business initiatives.
Ability to build partnerships at all levels
- Partner with the HR team and the Business to support a wide range of projects across Talent Management, Staffing / Recruiting, Employee Relations, Compensation and Business Planning.
- Partner with the key Site Leaders at the clients, keeping close contact with JLL population at the client's site thru regular visits (as applicable, based on geographical location).
- Support the annual performance management, Talent review, succession plans, people surveys, and other key HR processes by educating managers and employees, driving analysis of completion rates and encouraging thoughtful participation in the process
- Work with the Senior HR Advisors and HRBPs, supporting Managers to address employee performance issues by providing advice and counsel, data and analytics, best practices, escalating and working with Risk and Legal where appropriate.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to execute the recruiting and requisition process, as required.
- Assist in the production and delivery of analytics, trends, feedback and other data to Sr. HRBP and Account Leadership to improve the effectiveness and efficiencies of the HR team / processes, or broader organizational performance
- Advocate and support the use of the full suite of HR service offerings (example: Workday, HR Services Now) acting as role model and facilitator to ensure business areas adhere to, and HR deliver to agreed service offerings
- Balance business needs, company requirements, and protect the interests of the organization while advocating for employee interests, in service of creating a culture where employees and leaders reflect our Values.
**Knowledge, Skills & Habilities**:

- At least 8 years of experience in Human Resources, generalist, with exposure to a broad range of HR services and, including bast knowledge of Labor regulations of assigned countries.
- Ability to coach and influence senior management.
- Ability to build partnerships at all levels
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to effectively deliver presentations.
- Availability to travel
- Advanced level of English required.
- Bachelor's degree with a major/minor or emphasis in HR or other relevant field is required
