Job Summary:
The Senior Healthcare Analyst is responsible for supporting all activities related to government logging and discrepancy analysis function which includes verifying the accuracy of calculated discounts and analyzing discrepancies to determine root cause and resolution steps.
**Responsibilities**:
- Ensure government discrepancy analysis and processes are performed efficiently and effectively including:
- Monitoring and resolution of unpaid claims and month-end governmental reports
- Governmental discrepancy analysis and resolution
- Batch report corrections
- Medicare Bad Debt Management Maintain required
- productivity and QA standards
- Practice and adhere to the "Code of conduct" philosophy and "Mission and Value Statement
- Will lead to additional responsibilities, workload distribution, assignation, and reporting.
- Will provide support by floor walking, assisting as needed
- Research required information using available resources.
- Follow standard processes and procedures.
- Redirect problems to the appropriate resource.
- Complete all reports assigned in the recurrence required.
- Support and assist in the documentation of the processes that may be required.
- Other duties as assigned
Skills and Experience:
- English - Spanish Language (Oral and writing 90 % or higher), (B2+ or above).
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 2- 3 years of experience in similar roles.
