This position reports to the Sr Manager, FP&A Transformation and supports FP&A's ability to engage across teams through data analytics and system support. You will partner closely with all FP&A leads and business partners across all functions and get to know different businesses across the company. You will have outstanding partnership and communication skills, prioritize multiple initiatives, as well as the ability to deal with the ambiguity that comes in a fast-growing organization. **Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with various function leads on strategic, organizational, and operational projects with the goal of increasing operational efficiency within FP&A
- Maintain existing Anaplan models with a focus on continuous improvement, incorporating new functionality and fixing issues in production to support business objectives and improve user experience
- End-to-End execution on projects by designing, developing, implementing, and optimizing models in Anaplan (ability to bring a model to life from the ground-up)
- Have a strong desire to learn how to build complex models in Anaplan, collaborate, and actively help the company to grow and thrive
- Embed yourself within the business to understand key performance metrics and establish an effective analysis of salesforce trends to identify opportunities for greater efficiencies and drive outsized performance
- Participate in data integration efforts between internal systems and Anaplan
**Requirements**:
- 5+ years experience in a Business Analyst role
- Anaplan Certified Solution Architect (or working towards; minimum Level 2)
- Experience defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training for system solutions
- Experience implementing one or more EPM technologies
- Effective communicator and ability to digest information from both the finance business and
- A natural investigator - deep sense of curiosity and an appreciation of digging into nuances and discrepancies
- Proficient in SQL and be able to extract & validate data using SQL query a plus.
- Knowledge in programming language (R, SAS, Python) a plus.

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Stats or related areas.
