**Your role at Baxter**:
The job holder will help ensure the smooth operation of general FP&A EPM team activities relating to financial system support and master data management. This individual will regularly get along with system users in a variety of platforms, support components of master data, and assist with ad hoc projects.

**What you'll be doing**:
- Assist with leading the FP&A ServiceNow Tickets and shared mailbox requests by investigating issues within current areas of expertise
- PlanIT and BaxIntel user acceptance testing
- PlanIT system administrative support activities
- Maintain internal supporting documentation procedures for all assigned activities
- Update supporting documentation as required to facilitate assistance for end users
- Special ad hoc requests as assigned
- Evening and weekend hours may be required during peak cycle and major system activities
**What you'll bring**:
- Intermediate to Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel
- Proven business knowledge & commercial competence
- Self-motivated and ability to work independently
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
