**Responsibilities**:
- Lead Annual Operating Plan (AOP) activities
- Lead AOP/forecast vs. actual expense analysis on a monthly & quarterly basis for Operating Expenses (OpEx)
- Lead Strategic Plan (STRAP) for Corporate HR Talent Acquisition function
- Proficiency in utilizing complex data for problem solving
- Communicate effectively including standardized monthly reporting, and ad hoc reporting
- Evaluate the financial and business performance by comparing it to important measurements and pinpoint relevant financial achievements, in order to comprehend the advancement towards strategic business objectives.
- Understand and deploy the best tools and methods to effectively communicate complex data and topics; implement innovative tools/methods, as needed
- Identify, and communicate risks & opportunities
**Education**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting is preferred, although equivalent experience will also be considered.
**Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**:
- Minimum of 5 years financial analysis experience.
- B2+ English Level. Fluent in English written and spoken
- History of working cross functionally and building organizational relationships with customers, peers, and business partners
- Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting, forecasting, and technical accounting knowledge
- Proficient at understanding and proactively communicating the financial implications of business decisions and dynamics
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of Excel (i.e., financial models and analysis) & PowerPoint; prior Hyperion planning (PLN 2.0) experience is strongly preferred
- Strong business insights as well as the ability to make logical assumptions, identify trends, incorporate external and internal information, and effectively benchmark results against baselines
- Excellent judgement and problem-solving skills, including negotiation and conflict resolution
- Ability to lead multiple assignments and prioritize projects and time effectively
