As a Senior Financial Analyst, you'll be supporting both the Corporate Services (CS) and Customer Fulfillment, Planning and Logistics (CPLG) organizations. CS and CPLG provide critical centralized services spanning workplace services, real estate, logistics and factory planning. You'll partner with a global team, leveraging your unique perspective to drive visible impact across all of Intel while enabling IDM 2.0 success.
This role will be responsible for (1) leading the Financial Planning and Analysis (FPnA) consolidation process and (2) overseeing Integrated Facilities Management (IFM). You will collaborate closely with business leaders to develop operational plans aligned with our affordability targets, with a focus on influencing decisions and cost tradeoffs at the GM Staff level. Through consolidations, you will take ownership of spends forecasting and work closely with Operations executives to manage spending to support Intel's strategic objectives.
**The primary responsibilities for this role will include, but are not limited to**:
- Lead, consolidate and report out financial results of the supporting org units of the CS GROW and CPLG
- Business Unit to both Intel Foundry and Holdco.
- Perform financial reviews to management to improve business decisions.
- Analyze financial information to produce forecasts for the business to make informed decisions.
- Strategic project support for our Integrated Facilities Management program
- Partner to provide financial analysis support for Global strategy projects.
- Perform close activities, analyzing variances and trends against budget.
- Ensures compliance integrity of external and Internal reporting standards and corporate policies.
- Independ and proactive, attention to detail, system aptitude, influential and deals well with ambiguity

**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field with 5+ years of related practical experience in financial roles OR Master degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field with 3+ years of related practical experience in financial roles.
- Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel.
- Advance English level.
- Must have unrestricted - permanent right to work in Costa Rica.
**Preferred qualifications**:
- Masters or MBA degree
- Experience on Financial Analysis, Budgeting, Planning, and business modeling
- Thorough working knowledge of finance, accounting, Data analytics and business analysis.
- Experience working with Power BI, MS Teams, SAP.

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. **In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.**
