The effectiveness, scope, and depth of our Enterprise Capacity Planning teams have, and will continue to be, a competitive advantage for the company. We directly support the core strategy of our customer-facing teams across the company to make it easier for our customers to do business with us. As a Sr. Enterprise Capacity Planning Analyst, you will monitor and report on the experience of the customer journey to simplify it and unlock organizational scale by building robust reporting that leads to actionable insights that uphold and advance the company's gold standard.
**How will you make an impact**:
The Sr. Enterprise Capacity Planning Analyst will develop analytical skills across Commercial Operations and Enterprise Capacity Planning with workloads in both Instrument and Enterprise Services and Global Service and Support divisions.
- Utilize data-driven insights to decrease costs, waste, and streamline product delivery and revenue generation.
- Create data insights sharing tools and views with PowerBI and Power Query.
- Work with corporate partners to develop data, reports, and processes for informed decision-making.
- Standardize worldwide data reporting processes.
- Build and maintain good communication and connections with teams throughout global commercial operations.
- Create executive reports with results and recommendations.
- Keep informed of data analytics, coding, AI, and visualization developments and advances.
Enterprise Capacity Planning:
- Data analytics, presentation, and Enterprise Capacity Planning/Workforce Management data interpretation for process and staffing suggestions.
- Expertise of Genesys Cloud, Genesys Cloud Workforce Engagement Management, Verint, Genesys Engage, Genesys Engage WFM, and data lake (EDP) data, analysis, visualization, and action required.
Commercial Operations
- Quote-to-Cash cycle.
- Deploy internationally.
- Gain insights for process improvement and root-cause countermeasures.
- Understand the Order Management lifecycle and develop metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
**Knowledge, Skills, Abilities**:
- Knowledge and experience with:
- SAP, CPQ, SFDC, Advanced Excel, Construct/Maintain SQL queries, Genesys Cloud, Verint, Generative AI, data lake (EDP).
- Data visualization tools (Tableau/DOMO/Power BI)
- Deliver data-driven insights and solutions to generate cost savings, reduce waste, and shorten lead times for product delivery and revenue generation.
- Standardize global data reporting processes.
- Establish and maintain strong communication and relationships with teams across the global IES & GSS organizations to create datasets, reports, and processes for informed decision-making.
- Prepare executive-level reports with findings and recommendations.
**How will you get here**:
- Bachelor's degree (business, finance, economics, mathematics, AI, or computer science preferred).
- An advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of relative work experience.
- Ability to travel 10 - 20% (including international travel).
