**Position Summary**:
The Sr Director, Digital Enablement will play an integral role in transforming the way we work in Global Business Services (GBS). Working with global and local leadership, this role will assess the current state and define areas of focus for exploiting digital technology. This leader will work closely with multiple stakeholders and partner teams to develop and drive the implementation of transformative solutions, leveraging artificial intelligence technologies to enhance our operations and drive business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Strategy Development**: Develop and articulate a comprehensive Digital enablement strategy aligned with the organization's overall objectives. Drive the strategic planning process, considering market trends, customer needs, and business goals to ensure a sustainable and inclusive digital transformation roadmap. Establish governance to review and prioritize business cases in line with GBS strategic ambitions.
- ** Implementation and Execution**: Oversee the successful implementation of the Digital enablement strategy across the organization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of digital technologies, AI solutions, and data-driven insights into business processes and operations. Build and maintain an effective framework to establish digital capabilities within the organization.
- ** Global Leadership**: Provide strategic leadership and guidance to GBS organizations, ensuring alignment and collaboration in the execution of digital initiatives. Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation, promoting diversity and inclusion to drive organizational success in the digital age.
- ** Stakeholder Engagement**: Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including executives, business leaders, technology partners, and other partner teems. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs, address concerns, and ensure the successful adoption of digital solutions.

**Minimum Requirements/Qualifications**:

- ** Bachelor's degree** in commerce, Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
- ** Strong social skills in English**; ability to partner, present and facilitate to audiences at all levels of the business globally.
- ** Strategic Thinking**:Proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive digital strategies that align with business objectives. Demonstrated experience in translating business requirements into actionable plans and initiatives.
- ** Leadership and Collaboration**:Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams. Proven experience in building and leading diverse teams, fostering a culture of innovation, and promoting inclusion.
- ** Business Acumen**:Solid understanding of global markets, industry dynamics, and competitive landscapes. Ability to identify new business opportunities, drive revenue growth, and mitigate risks through the strategic use of digital technologies and AI.
- ** Communication and Influencing**:Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex digital concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong influencing and negotiation skills to drive consensus and secure buy-in for digital initiatives.
- ** Change Management**:Proven experience in driving organizational change and managing resistance to change during digital transformation initiatives. Ability to develop and implement change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new digital solutions.
