**The Role**
**Functional Responsibilities**:
- Lead the planning, initiation, execution, monitoring, and closure of strategic and operational projects. Including activities such as: defining project scope, setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and tracking project performance.
- Utilize negotiation and influencing skills to drive project team and executives to make decisions in a timely manner to deliver project as to agreed scope and schedule.
- Lead and drive issue resolution, risk identification and mitigation, change and dependency management. Escalate any risks / roadblocks with appropriate level of urgency.
- Ensure readiness for change across business by ensuring effectiveness of change management programs that will result in the successful adoption of new solutions/business processes.
- Leverage business relationship management skills and the ability to understand and anticipate the needs of the respective business stakeholders.
- Lead Finance Learning program to ensure alignment with the People organization and the Finance organization goals.
- Oversee the development of e-learnings for business stakeholders
**Scope / Supervision and Interaction**
- Makes decisions appropriate for level of responsibility, raises concerns to the appropriate level of management.
- Networks with key contacts in the organization
- Interacts regularly with senior management on matters concerning several functional areas, department, and/or customers.
- Requires the ability to persuade others in sensitive complex situations while preserving relationships.
- Applies knowledge to influence stakeholders on desired departmental outcomes.
- Accountable through team for delivery of tactical business objectives.
- Manages 2 -3 direct resources to deliver on stated objectives.
**Qualifications**:
- 7+ years of work experience in some combination of the following: strategy, financial analysis and/or project management
- Undergraduate BA/BS degree in business, finance/economics, management or similar field; MBA a plus
- Strong analytical, problem solving and creative skills with an ability to exercise sound judgment and make timely supportable decisions
- Proven experience in setting priorities and assuming responsibility for work and work products
- Proven experience in delivering insights to management in a clear and concise manner
- Proven experience in data visualization and story telling
- Proficiency in Power BI is a plus
