**About the role**:
As a **Sr. Data Analytics** you will be part of a highly skilled technology and agile team by supporting and developing cutting-edge solutions to meet our business requirements. You will help us accelerate our customers' business results by innovating cutting-edge digital products.
Some of your essential day-to-day job duties and responsibilities will include:
- Design, develop, and maintain data analytics software solutions that support business needs and provide valuable insights. (primary responsibility)- Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and business stakeholders to identify and prioritize analytics requirements.- Develop and maintain data models, ELT data pipelines, and data processing workflows that ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.- Create and maintain data visualizations and dashboards that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
**Requirements**:
- Experience in developing data analytics software solutions or data models and ELT data pipelines- Experience with distributed data process environments like BigQuery, Hadoop, Snowflake- Experience with event or message based data flows using queuing technologies such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, Amazon MQ, or Google Pub/Sub- Understanding of software engineering best practices, including version control, testing, and continuous integration.- Experience in leading technical projects and mentoring junior engineers- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Javascript, or other relevant languages- Proficiency with relational databases- Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.- Strong leadership and organizational abilities.- Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skill
