Riverpoint Medical is looking to hire a **Senior Customer Solutions Specialist.** At Riverpoint you will be part of the process that brings great technology and manufacturing to the Medical, Dental and Veterinary markets. We specialize in the design and manufacturing of premium medical devices. Our ingenuity can be found in our suture technologies, sports medicine fibers and anchors, surgical lighting, and special needle technologies. The **Senior Customer Solutions Specialist** will be an advocate for internal and external customers. The department aims to deliver proactive and immediate support as it pertains to order processing, customer satisfaction and more. Set accurate order expectations for our customers by working with various internal departments in understanding the production process. The buck starts and stops with us, take ownership making sure customer issues are resolved. Understand the ripple effect, everything we do affects several entities, we need to be proactive in finding solutions and involving appropriate teams when necessary.**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Input and track orders via Riverpoint's ERP, IQMS.
- Work with internal departments such as Production, Planning and Logistics; proactively communicate recovery dates for past due items or items facing delays.
- Provide premium level service to customers; cultivate and deepen client relationships and partnerships.
- Present and deliver information to customers, open order reports and shipping reports.
- Manage returns in conjunction with the Quality team, processing RMA's and assessing trends for improvements.
- Provide regular updates to Sales Team and customers on progress of orders.
**Education and Qualifications**
- Fluent in English & Spanish
- Minimum 2 years Sales, Customer Service or Order Administration experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- High School Diploma, Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
