**Sr.
Compensation Analyst**
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct compensation benchmarking and analysis using external market surveys, preparing reports and recommendations based on finding and evaluation of organizational needs.
- Research market practices and interpret findings to advise on and inform our policies and practices.
- Develop quantitative models and reports that are used to evaluate current and future compensation programs (annual bonus, incentive pay, LTI, merit).
Use data and metrics to determine program success and to drive improvements in all elements of compensation.
- Lead the selection and participation in compensation market surveys.
Advise junior team members on the appropriate use, methodologies and interpretation of survey findings.
- Be an advisor to partners and business leaders, leveraging market insights and our compensation tools to educate and guide on how pay works and how to maximize effectiveness of compensation programs.
- Support the development of internal team member compensation communications, training and program materials.
- Drive innovation in the tools and processes that enable the business while driving consistency and equity in our compensation programs and practices.
- Advise TA and HR Partners on compensation actions related to offers, counteroffers, promotions, transfers, market adjustments, retention agreements, special incentives, and equity offers.
- Be the owner for our equity plan administration, partnering with the vendor to ensure grants are processed correctly, be the point of contact for team member questions and complete monthly and annual reportings.
Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Human Resources, Business or an area of focus with a quantitative basis.
Advanced degree desirable.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Compensation required.
- Advanced excel and power point skills.
- Experience with market evaluation and market pricing with a preference for Hay Job Evaluation Methodology.
- Experience integrating multiple data sources to produce meaningful analytics and reports.
- Demonstrated experience managing small to midsize project.
