Sr Business Excellence Coordinator

**_MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE_**

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES_**
- Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures.
- Leads tactical process improvement projects on site or at divisional level.
- Delivers tactical results in conjunction with site goals and objectives.
- Evaluates business processes and determines initiatives that will yield greater productivity and efficiency to enable growth.
- Acts as a cross-functional change agent to drive and sustain measurable BPI for the division.
- Act as mentor, role model and coach in the implementation of BEx best practices and standards.

QUALIFICATIONS_**

Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or a technical discipline.
- Fully Bilingual (English and Spanish) / Required_

6+ years of experience in:

- Manufacturing experience with involvement in delivering results for BPI initiatives.
- Continuous Improvement Process Experience is required.
- Proven ability to facilitate cross-functional change.
- Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing Experience.
