We are recruiting for a Pay Services Associate.
This position is based out of SJO10 pay as part of the employee life-cycle.
The work focuses on answering questions and processing transactions in HR systems from various contacts, including HR, Payroll, Managers and Employees.
As a member of the team, you are also responsible for providing training and communication to HR partners and Amazon employees to build consistency and encourage self-service.
