You'll have a key role to play in an organization that has people at its heart. The Senior Analyst, Workday Solutions is part of the GBS Colleague Solutions team and is responsible for the ongoing design and deployment of integrated solutions within Workday and tangential platforms that enable a simple and effective colleague experience. This individual's primary focus will be on the Recruiting module within the Workday ecosystem. This includes business process and setup design and configuration, targeted project work, and general support for the overall service and support delivery model for users. Further, this individual will be responsible for maintaining process design documentation.
As a Senior Analyst, your knowledge and skills will contribute towards the goals and objectives of the team. Your focus and ability to meet team targets will help in completing important deliverables on time. Your innovative use of tools and techniques will make it easy to manage difficult issues and help in establishing consensus between teams.

How You Will Achieve It- Collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders to understand business objectives and develop creative and sustainable technical and organizational solutions.-
- Document and Configure Workday system updates and Business Process changes, while adhering to compliance requirements.- Participate in user acceptance testing for Workday changes, both in coordination with the Workday Functional Testing Team for structured releases and independently, as allowable.- Collaborate with Process Architects, Reporting, Digital, User-Experience Design teams, etc. to ensure that our solutions are cohesive, coordinated and align with guiding principles.- Independently troubleshoot reported system issues by testing setup and design elements to ensure efficient operation of the Workday system.- Contribute to the success of targeted business initiatives and goals, and lead components of initiatives.- Create and maintain ongoing relationships with local People Experience resources that can be leveraged for explaining local process needs and assistance with testing.- Actively support People Experience initiatives through both technical and non-technical expertise to drive maximum value and benefit.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.- 3+ years of experience in process design, requirements gathering and hands-on technical configuration- 1-2 years experience in the following technical Workday areas: Recruiting Business Processes & Setup, Offer Letters, Calculated Fields- General functional understanding of the core Workday Recruiting platform, with ability to understand end-to-end process flows- Demonstrated technical competence, with a proven capability to independently solve problems and implement suggested and recommended solutions- Experience working in a broad, global environment with a variety of stakeholders- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills and results oriented- Experience with Microsoft Office - proficient Power Point, Excel, Word and Outlook.
