**What We'll Bring**:
As the Responsible Sourcing Sr. Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting day to day functions of the Responsible Sourcing program. This includes fulfilling any supplier diversity requests in support of sourcing opportunities to search and vet small and diverse suppliers, analyzing spend data, maintaining diversity council relationships, and managing the new Tier 2 program to ensure we meet or exceed our annual goals. You will be responsible for sustainable sourcing, supplier engagement on Scope 3 reporting, and ensuring compliance with sustainability initiatives. Your role will contribute to our commitment to ethical and environmentally responsible supply chain management. This is a newly implemented program for the company. You will assist in the development of annual and multi-year program plans to meet or exceed supply chain sustainability goals.
**What You'll Bring**:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field and three (3) years of professional work experience
Two (2) years of experience with project management and/or process management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Demonstrated ability in procurement, supplier diversity, sustainability, or similar role
Experience working with PowerBI or similar data visualization tools
Experience working for a global, matrixed organization
Proficiency with appropriate ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools
Have strong communication and interpersonal skills, experience building consensus across different functions of an organization, and foster positive relationships with team members and suppliers
Proven ability to identify, assess and solve problems
Demonstrated skills for working in a cooperative and diverse team environment
Analytical expertise and accuracy, critical thinker, curious; ability to dig deep into new system functionality
Ability to prioritize projects, develop a strategy for executions, and deliver program results within deadlines
Familiarity with sustainability standards and certifications (e.g., ISO 14001, Fair Trade, SEC Climate Disclosure, International Sustainability Standards Board)
**Impact You'll Make**:
Provide direction to suppliers on the topic of supply chain ESG, including the business drivers and benefits, market as well as technical requirements and constraints, and the regulatory environment
Facilitate internal efforts to drive ESG integration in other supply chain functional services including strategy, inventory planning
Collaborate with internal ESG team to ensure we are on track to meet our organizational ESG commitment regarding Scope 3
Establish and maintain documentation and reporting processes related to sustainability compliance
Act as an advocate for supplier diversity within the organization while building relationships with key stakeholders across the company
Manage stakeholder engagements and work streams related to supply chain sustainability, including the topics of Scope 3 decarbonization, and regulatory needs related to supply chain transparency and traceability, procurement, supplier engagement and collaboration, and technology solutions; help ensure timely execution throughout the reporting cycle
Work closely with others in Procurement, Third Party Risk, Compliance, Legal, Senior Management, Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DEI), Sustainability and various business leaders to ensure appropriate identification, qualification, and inclusion of diverse suppliers.
Provide support in preparing updates to executives and leadership on business and regulatory environments related to supplier diversity
Coordinate and drive efforts to grow existing diverse supplier spend while monitoring underperforming diverse suppliers
Perform traditional sourcing exercises as needed
