PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
This position at Baxter, will be part of a best-in-class Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) organization and acts as
an extension of the Consumer Finance team.
This role interacts with the Americas FP&A Center of Expertise (CoE)
team as well as in-country finance and business partners within the Americas Region and Global FP&A
This position will support monthly performance reviews, quarterly forecast processes.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:
The FP&A US Senior Financial Analyst role its responsible for contributing to financial planning and reporting
activities for US businesses.
It will be responsible for the following activities:
- Support US BPS business by providing analysis, reporting services and presentation materials for the MRR,
QRR and Forecast scenarios
- Working with the LCF to prepare budgets, forecasts and LRP and uploading into PlanIT
- Support OPEX: budget, forecasting, monthly and AdHoc reporting as well as loading into PlanIt for both US
HP and US Renal teams as well as other functions as needed by the business and team priorities
- Support sales reporting activities for US Hospital Products and US Renal (Daily, Outlooks, etc.)
- Compare forecasts against budgets, prior year and other scenarios
- Performs variance analysis to explain differences in performance and make recommendations going forward
- Completing ad-hoc reporting requests
- Develop, enhance, and maintain relationships with finance and business customers
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting or Business Administration or Finance.
- +3 yr. work experience in related fields
- English Advanced level B2+ -C1
- Experience in decision support activities
- Proven ability in Forecasting and Financial Analysis
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel.
Highly desirable knowledge in BI tools
- Attention to detail, good problem solving, and analytical skills required
- Teamwork
- Good interpersonal relationships
