**Key Responsibilities**:
Operations Leadership
Lead efforts to support and maintain automation solutions including RPA bots in Production.
**Lead efforts in incidents management**: analyze incidents, perform triage, determine incidents priorities, perform in-depth production incident troubleshooting for service restoration and resolution within defined SLA, and monitor the fixes to ensure bots function correctly. Escalate incidents to Level 3 in compliance to Edwards RPA incident management process. Mange P1 incidents effectively with RPA team, business stakeholders and other IT or business partners.
Lead the efforts to design and develop periodic reports on bots performances and exceptions, perform trend analysis and root cause analysis on critical and recurring incidents and defects, articulate the resolution and preventive actions, and provide input to Change Control process.
Build and update knowledge base from incident and problem tickets
Present to leadership analytics on Service Level Agreements (SLA), Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and other operational and business value metrics.
Lead continuous improvements projects to improve automation service quality.
Serve as liaison among and establish effective communication channels for a wide network of stakeholders including business process owners in Business Units, Functional Groups, Regions, and IT.
Automation Solutions Leadership
Lead efforts to design, develop, and implement automation solutions using RPA and related technologies for ROI based uses cases.
Lead efforts to prioritize enhancements and bug fixes to restore services in production.
Work with business stakeholders and IT teams to determine requirements and design solutions.
Familiar with enterprise information systems or can quickly learn to get up to speed.
Develop partnerships with Architects and BSAs for key information systems.
Coordinate and perform testing and debugging of RPA bots to ensure they function correctly.
Stay up to date with emerging RPA technologies and advancements.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation and training materials.
Lead efforts to the development of RPA best practices and standards within the organization.
Must comply with Edwards standards such as the Robotic Development Life Cycle (RDLC), IT security policies, best practices, procedures & guidelines.
Provide mentorship to junior team members.
**Education and Experience**:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, 6 years' experience required or
Master's degree in computer science or related field, 4 years' experience
At least 5 years of working experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA), preferably in UiPath as a developer or support engineer
**Preferred Qualifications**:
UiPath Developer Accreditation preferred. Strong knowledge and understanding about UiPath Reframe work architecture.
Development experience using UiPath, MS Power Automate, Abby or similar tools.
In-depth knowledge and experience in maintaining and developing RPA Bots
Ability to shift left - to recognize trends and create solutions to tackle problems from the root.
Demonstrable knowledge of Windows server OS / Networking / Security concepts
Well versed with ITIL Concepts - Incident, Problem, Change and Release Management and Knowledge management.
Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) experiences preferred.
Proficient with other programming languages such as.NET, C#
Problem-solving, organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
Strong troubleshooting skills and experience to resolve critical & complex incidents
Excellent communication skills and ability to handle communication at different levels and diverse population
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, perform duties with mínimal supervision
Strong ability to manage and deal with different cultures and nationalities
Strong interpersonal relations, written & verbal communication, and documentation skills
Organizational and IT project management skills a plus
Possess and display sound judgment; initiative; flexibility and detail-orientation
Ability to adapt to new technologies and rapidly changing environment
Experience working in complex, matrixed and global business environment in a medical device company
Experience with FDA guidelines for Software Quality and Systems Validation preferred
Experience with Good Manufacturing/Good Documentation Practices (GxP) processes preferred
Substantial understanding and knowledge of enterprise information systems
Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control.
